DAY 01 : HANOI ARRIVAL
You are welcomed at the airport and then transferred to the hotel for check-in. Balance of the day is your free time. Welcome dinner with a show of water puppet. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 02 : HANOI EXCURSION – NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B, L)
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architectures, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights such as Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda nearby, the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lover street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda.
Take 01 hour cyclo tour around the Old Quarter to enjoy the soul and sound of Hanoi. After that, transfer to the Railway Station for the night train to Lao Cai.
Overnight on train with A/C, soft sleeper cabin (4 people/ cabin).
DAY 03 : LAO CAI – BAC HA SUNDAY MARKET – SAPA (B, L, D)
The train arrives in the early morning. Our local tour guide will be waiting for you at the Railway Station and then take a 2-hour departure to Bac Ha, which is the largest and most colorful market in the area. Every Sunday morning, many different ethnic groups such as Flower Hmong, Phu La, Black Dao, Tay and Nung minorities gather to buy and sell local products. After lunch, you will walk to the Tay minority village of Trung Do, where you will get a traditional boat and cruise along the Chay River.
Back to the private vehicle for the journey to Sapa and spend the night there.
DAY 04 : LAO CAI – TA VAN – NIGHT TRAIN TO HA NOI (B, L)
Today, our guide takes you to villages populated by H’Mong and Dzay peoples, respectively called Lao Chai and Ta Van. From here, you are picked up and transferred to Lao Cai station for the night train back to Hanoi.
DAY 05 : HA NOI – HA LONG (B, L)
The train arrives at Hanoi in the early morning (about 05.00 a.m). You are picked up from here and transferred to a hotel for breakfast and a short rest before a journey to Ha Long.
At around 08.00 a.m, take a 4-hour drive to Ha Long Bay for the overnight cruise on a deluxe junk. Begin with a seafood lunch and then explore some limestone caves. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a swim or relax in the sun on the top deck or try your hand at some kayaking.
DAY 06 : HA LONG – HA NOI (B, L)
This morning, continue to move around the bay to find more secluded areas to either swim or kayak. At around midday, the boat will return to the main harbor before transferring to an awaiting vehicle for the journey back to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 07 : HA NOI – DEPARTURE (B)
Free time until get transference to the airport for your flight departure. End of our services.
